Machine Master & Wire Wizard—Production Technician

You get incredible things done. And, you can do it in only 4 days! That’s right, you only work 4days a week (10 hours per day), and you get to work with specialized machines and robots.We look to you, our “Production Technician,” to produce steel wire workpieces to exact specifications. It’s demanding, but you will have the skills to run the machine, observe operations, inspect parts, and communicate with a dedicated team.We’re growing, and you can grow with us! WireTech Fabricators is a leading supplier of custom fabricated wire products for many different industries. We have a great working environment, a supportive leadership team, and we’ve recently increased our hourly wage for starting associates to $13/hour. If you’re skilled, we start higher. NOW is your time to take advantage of:

  • 4-day work weeks, meaning 3-day weekends with friends and family
  • OT may be required based on work load

What we need you to DO

  • Be ready to learn; no prior experience is necessary; we provide onsite training
  • Start machine, engage feed, and observe operations
  • Inspect wire parts visually to verify conformance to specifications
  • Tend machine and equipment, perform required maintenance on the equipment prior to operating

  • You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), OR 1 to 3 months of related experience
  • You are physically able to stand, walk, and sit, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
