Bending - For most of our bending needs, we use CNC bending in order to keep the entire process as accurate and efficient as possible. We still do some pneumatic bending to round out our services, but most of our bending benefits from the CNC process. 

Chamfering – Chamfering is important to break the sharp edges up that normally happen when cutting wire. We usually do this in 30 or 45 degree angles unless otherwise stated. This leads to an angled leading edge and offers huge flexibility in our production.

Threading – Roll threading is the most efficient and cost-effective method on the market, so we make sure to thread using that process. We can even reduce the diameter before threading to create smaller threads!

Robotic Welding – Robotic welding provides a superior finish and allows for superior consistency throughout the product. We use MIG Welding for enhanced strength to handle all wire forming applications!
